How do I delete an import?
How do I undo an import? I uploaded data but I want to delete an import and start over.

If you have imported a list of People you can quickly delete them all at once if you are not happy with the outcome.
Provided the import has competed you will see an option to remove the upload by clicking the Import button on the People, Deals or Company Page and choosing >> Manage Imports. Once you've clicked 'Delete' the action cannot be undone and will back out the entire import.
Only the user that conduced the import will see this option.
We will send you an email notification once the deletion is complete.

Can you update this information? None of the info is still the same. Also I don't see how you can undo your most recent import for both people and companies. It looks like it just removes the people, but not the company.- view 1 more comment

I also have the same problem , can delete the import of the deals but the company info remains. I want to delete the companies as well and using the same method of "Import Companies" - " Manage Imports" - " Delete " doesnt seem to work

Hi Zoran,
To completely delete a list of Companies that were imported vis-a-vis a Deal or People import (which also writes to the Companies list) we may need to help. If you can send us an email to customercare@pipelinedeals.com requesting assistance to completely delete all the Companies in your account then we can remove them. If there is some other criteria or logic you would like us to apply please detail it in the email.
