Not Receiving PipelineDeails Email Updates
I have not received email updates in quite some time. I have verified my spam folder and find no email there either. Please advise.

Thanks for posting a message to us. We're sorry for letting this one slip so far behind. We researched your account and didn't find any unusual issues. The email address is correct. Can we test sending you a report to make sure its not bouncing off your email server before it gets to you.
The Daily Agenda and Morning Coffee Emails will only trigger on days that activity is due or has already happened.

What kind of updates are you not receiving. We keep a log of all Morning Coffee, Export, and Re-Assignment Emails. Please let us know what is not arriving to your inbox and we'll investigate. Most of our automated messages come from do-not-reply@pipelinedeals.com
We would highly recommend adding this address to your address book to avoid anything being auto-flagged as spam.

Hi my name is Tony and just started my new role and I too am not getting email notifications.

Hi Tony, can you double check to make sure that you have requested to receive daily messages. You can turn them on by visiting the gear icon >> User Settings >> Set Email Preferences and Reminders.
If you are still not getting them please let us know and we'll doubly confirm they are being sent out. Often Spam systems will snatch our messages up because they are automated.

I am having wierd problems with my morning emails, too. Initially everything was fine, but the past few days I have received 2 morning coffee emails, neither of which had a task (on a Deal) that was overdue a few days ago.
Any idea what is going on? I'm happy to help debug the issue in whatever way I can.-
It appears that the problem of having multiple Daily Agenda emails is fine for me now that my account has been updated the most recent version of PipelineDeals.

yes I did. I can't get the morning coffee or any report. As I will soon have over 25 users on the system, this is crucial to me

Hi Dennis,
Thanks for posting here. I checked our mail logs and the Morning Coffee Report has been getting sent normally to your email address since Dec 20th. We had a few scattered reports last week of mail delivery being inconsistent and it's possible this daily message wasn't being sent.
If you or anyone on your team is still having trouble please send us the usernames to customercare@pipelinedeals.com and we can test-fire a few emails to you.

Hi, we have a mistakes with some user accounts, the problem is that we don ́t receive a emails from users, they share some emails, we have activated all options of "Set email preferences and reminders" and we dont receive any email.

Thanks for your posting your comment. What types of emails are you not receiving? If possible, please send us the users that are not getting emails so we can check them in our mail logs. Occasionally, users can be placed on a 'bounce-list.'

Hi Nic,
The problem that we have is, we added a user as a collaborator and it does not receive any email regarding the deal.
To this user is not practical enter to pipeline and check the notes or export a notes report.
Additional, all the options of "Set Email Preferences and Reminders" are activated, and she doesnt receive any email.
I share the conversation with different users, but one user no receive the information shared/ deal conversation.

The most likely reason the user isn't getting updates is that they were accidentally added to a bounce list on our mail server. If you haven't already done so please send over the name and email of the user who is having the problem to customercare@pipelinedealsco.com so we can research our mail logs.
