Unable to add notes or tasks in to 'Jupiter' in IE7 and IE8. Any help would really be appreciated!

I have no issue with Firefox (however we do not allow our teams to use Firefox only IE). All seems a touch random, albeit very frustrating as we can effectively do nothing. Would be great if someone at Pipelinedeals could acknowledge the issue and let us know that it is being looked into (I have sent several emails with screen shots of 'crashed' pipelinedeals).

The "add note" still not working.
It works on a Mac with Chrome web browser.

Yesterday we could post file notes and comments today is just keeps coming up with an error on page

We all use Macs too but my sales team is using FireFox. I now have both realizing they have not had calls and emails being recorded with no idea how long it has been happening.
I use Chrome and as the manger not using ti the same way. I did notice some drop off the last few days and as I noticed it to be a real problem so did they. -

Some of my teams have 'helpfully' told me that it has been happening since Monday - brilliant!

Hi,
We discovered an issue with Internet Explorer today that was throwing some errors in the background for Note submission. We dedicated the bulk of our development and engineering resources to get a fix deployed immediately.
The update has been released and notes should be working correctly now. I tested IE8 & 9, Firefox and Google Chrome for People/Deals and Companies.
If you are still having trouble please send us a screenshot of the record where a Note can't be written and we'll get eyes-on the issue immediately. Please send these submissions to customercare@pipelinedeals.com so we can gather evidence.
We're extremely sorry for troubles this morning. We've got all hands on deck working to ensure this stays stable.

To be honest, Pipelinedeals has been faultless for us and the way we use it. However, I do feel the release and switch over to Jupiter could have been handled better - an email at our end of play on a Friday saying you are going to be switched on to Jupiter tomorrow does not cut it.
I appreciate there will always be teething problems with any new release of software but if Pipelinedeals know there is an issue and that it is being looked into, notifying your customers who are running numerous sales teams or even are single users that a fault has been identified and is being resolved would be a good thing to do!

We are still having troubles. It is not technically "notes" but the calls and emails not registering. I am getting a count but one of my guys is estimating minimum over 40 calls made and his coffee reprot says 7. Same thing in emails it is way off. He is getting me a count on both.

Thanks for your follow up. Can you forward us a Morning Coffee Report to customercare@pipelinedeals.com so we can compare the Notes Report in your account to the counts in the Coffee Report?
These numbers should correspond and if they don't we'll be interested in researching this case so we can get it sorted out for you.

Hi Ann,
Are you still having issues documenting notes? We're glad it's working from your laptop but it should behave the same from both computers. Are you using different browsers or versions between the two?
If so, it might be a good idea and install the latest updates on your PC. If you are still having trouble please email us at customercare@pipelinedeals.com the version of the browser you are using. Usually you can find this by going to the Help Menu and clicking "About Internet Explorer/Firefox."
This will help us with any future research.

We are all using MacBooks here. Both sales guys on the one team are using Firefox one having problems the other not having as many.

we are still having the problem and all our notes are gone as of this morning we noticed although they were there yesterday.

Shoot, I'm really sorry to hear some notes are not saving normally. We want to help diagnose what is happening right away. Can you email us the URL or the name of the Deal/Person/Company where you are having trouble adding a Note? Please send it to customercare@pipelinedeals.com and we'll research the case. If we find the same problem we'll work to turn a quick-fix around.

I am having a similar problem...I can type the not but it will not add the note to the deal after clicking "add note". I am using IR9 and would be happy to send you a screenshot but it doesn't seem to be doing anything when I click the button....
